Overview
Scrums.com uses a transparent, subscription-based billing model. This page explains how each billing type works and how to track your usage.Billing terms
All projects are invoiced on the 1st of every month as per the relevant Order Form. The terms below apply to the corresponding products and services. Subscription Services- Subscription capacity is allocated per billing period as specified in the Order Form
- Included capacity expires at the end of each billing period
- Unused capacity does not roll over unless explicitly stated in the Order Form
- You are invoiced for actual hours delivered each month. At the end of each quarter, Scrums.com runs a reconciliation — unused billed hours are credited and any hours worked but not yet billed are invoiced
- Where an Order Form specifies a monthly cap, only approved hours up to that cap are invoiced
- Hours exceeding the cap require prior written approval
- Detailed timesheets are available on request at the end of each quarter
- Fees are calculated from actual measured consumption of the service
- Usage may include cloud infrastructure, API calls, automated workflow execution, agent activity, compute, or similar operational events
- Usage-based charges may include platform management, orchestration, or governance fees as specified in the Order Form
- Each seat represents licensed access or dedicated capacity allocated to a user, system, or service unit
- Seats are billed at the rates specified in the Order Form
- Prepaid capacity represents pre-purchased service credits applied against eligible services
- Included capacity expires at the end of each billing period
- Unused prepaid capacity does not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing in the Order Form
